I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right on the mountains, where I could ski straightaway from the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, lending me hiking poles for the nearby Loetschenpass trail. The hotel's breakfast was also great with a generous buffet.
No negatives to report.

Had an amazing Christmas stay in a cozy and comfortable room that offered a stunning view of the mountains. the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast spread was tasty and fresh. the half board set meals were exceptional and delicious, and a great value for the money spent.
The property is located in a remote area with a challenging road to navigate, which could make arrival after dusk difficult. the options for food were limited, especially dinner which was served early, and missing it meant no other options were available.

As a solo traveler, I had an amazing stay at a cozy hotel surrounded by breathtaking landscapes in the Swiss alps. Located right in the ski area, I had easy access to hiking trails by cable car. the comfortable room with fantastic mountain views was just what I needed. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious, especially the generous breakfast buffet. The steep and unlit road to the hotel was a bit of a challenge to navigate, especially at night.

The view from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The menu for dinner had a great selection and included local specialties. Another advantage was the possibility to go hiking in the surrounding mountains, which added to the romantic escape experience.
Getting to the hotel was a bit of a challenge as the road was steep and narrow, with no proper lighting. It was also a bit confusing as the sign at the entrance did not seem to allow regular vehicles.
